  • Founded Kavumbu water project to address issues surrounding water accesses, safety, sanitation, and limited education opportunities in Kavumbu village in rural Kenya.
  • Coordinated land survey in Kavumbu- the local surveyors found 3 underground water aquifers available in Kavumbu High school grounds.
  • Coordinated the location for drilling the borehole with local surveyors- Kavumbu ABC High school donated their land for the project.
  • Working with Kavumbu high school on the ground to ensure funds are directed towards drilling a borehole for Kavumbu community.
  • Writing grants to secure finances to drill the bore hole.
  • Working with Kenyan government to obtain drilling license and permit - license and permit granted.
  • Working with Engineers without borders in designing the project.
  • Working in collaboration with Madaraka Rotary club on project implementation.
  • Working with a local NGO to assist with daily running of the project.
