Presented a case of a 31-year-old female with bilateral axillary masses that changed in size and had secretion associated with hormonal changes, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Having supernumerary nipples occurs approximately in 6% of the population, however, complete supernumerary tissue is even rarer with an incidence rate of approximately 1%.
