In my role as an event lead, I held responsibility for overseeing the logistical aspects of multiple events. This encompassed tasks such as creating spreadsheets to track materials and supplies, forecasting quantities needed for setup and teardown, collaborating closely with clients, and delegating assignments to fellow team members.
