1 Month- Worked for the youth Celtics Soccer Club across the United Kingdom as part of a traveling tournament designed to foster cooperation between United States and United Kingdom soccer clubs.
- Produced films and other video products, regulated distribution and operate film library in addition to conducting player, coach and family interviews
- Managed daily posts across social media platforms to increase Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram engagement.
- Successfully operated and ran the Celtics social media accounts in the United Kingdom while in close cooperation with the main American social media teams.
- Partnered with the English soccer clubs and social media teams for cross club content.
Communications Dean's Fellowship Research Scholar
11 Months- Conducted paid research for the Dean's Fellowship Program with the University of Dayton's Communications Department.
- Data collection and analysis included conducting controlled test groups, primary source interviews and reviews while effectively applying communication theory in order to gain a broad and effective understanding of our analysis results. Following these collaborative efforts I then wrote the scripts that would be used in the filming of the simulation.
- Researched conflict management, resolution and causation, power dynamics in the workplace and how different communication methods ultimately affect the overall productivity of corporate and social organizations with the end goal of creating a visual simulation that could be used as a training tool in professional organizations and companies.
- These scripts accurately reflected our findings and will be used to further educate individuals in communication theory and how to resolve personal and professional disputes so they may retain their productivity in their careers as well as in wider society.
