Started my carrer at Simplot as a mechanic, eventually moved to a welding position, then have started covering as a step up supervisor when needed. Have accomplished various things in the different roles I have been. Have always dedicated myself to growing within the company, and assisting in any way possible, while also focusing on my growth within the company.

  • Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
  • Filled in as the New Phos Maint. Supervisor for 3 months, was also during a turn around/outage.
  • Completed a 6 month long trial position as the Front End Maintenance Planner.
  • Completed Various Step Up Supervisor Trainings
  • Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.
  • Analyzed and identified equipment failure root causes and initiated correction actions.
  • Scheduled and oversaw maintenance, repair and installation activities.

  • Fabricated different sizes of piping, depending on blueprint specifications.
  • Understand and read blueprints to coordinate proper piping and materials needed.
  • Double checked all material to meet specifications and standards of each company. Checking heat numbers, place of origin, manufactures, all to meet clients expectations.
  • Inspected all welds made and check all fits to meet the 1/32" tolerance.
  • Performed correct welding techniques to pass the 100% X-Ray of all welds. Used codes B31.3 and 1104.
  • Build jigs to help aid in production, jigs are still being used today.
