  • Simultaneously covered the roles of Maintenance Planner and Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and strong organizational skills.
  • Filled Supervisor roll through FY23 through FY25 Turnaround/Outages, prioritizing interdepartmental communication, and safe, efficient job execution.
  • Selected for a 6-month Maintenance Planner training role, developing various front-end planning strategies.
  • Filled in as the New Phos Supervisor while the sitting Supervisor was out for 3 months. During that time, we completed an outage in the New Phos Plant.
  • Conducted root cause analysis of equipment failures, and implemented corrective actions.

  • Certified in drisco welding to create new drisco spools or do drisco repairs on pipelines.
