My job is to make sure that employees are working correctly according to the Firehouse Handbook. I run shifts, close the store, order trucks, and upload the deposit into the NCR system.

Transferred to this store to help train the staff and reset the whole culture. By the time I had to leave this store was one of the best stores in the district. My job was to train employees, hire candidates, keep track of labor percentage, and keep track of food cost.

Worked my way up from Team Member to Assistant General Manager in two years and during that process I was able to learn how the whole store functions. I did inventory, ordered truck, ordered produce, and upload the deposits in the NCR system weekly.
