• Greeted members and their guest with world class service upon entry and departure of golf club.

• Valet members and their guest cars/taking bags out of the cars and placing them on the golf carts.

• Assisted the Head Golf Professional in the management of golf operations, including the Pro Shop, golf cart rentals, driving range, and assist the golf staff in providing a world class experience to members and guests of Sea Island Golf Club
• Work involved independent decisions requiring technical knowledge, sound judgment and familiarity with the golf industry standards
• Assisted in displaying golf shop merchandise
• Assisted in selling merchandise and customer service
• Assisted with services such as club fitting, repair, re-gripping as well as the special order for merchandise
• Assist in operation of point of sale system to record sales, guest fees, caddie fees
• Recorded and bill orders accurately into the register system using guest/member card
• Assisted in recording of daily sales and rounds played into excel documents
• Assisted scheduling tee times and answers questions regarding the use of golf facilities
• Assisted Outside Operations Manager with golf cart operation including; ensuring all carts are cleaned, stocked, and charged daily
• Assisted Outside Operations Manager when needed with entire operation of practice range
• Assisted Head Professional with all tournament operation needs
• Communicated with Outside Service Manager to inform outside staff of tournament needs for practice range, golf carts, food and beverage needs, communication with security gate, and bag drop staff
