• Communication Specialist (01/1999-06/2002): Established and maintained communication networks within the 1404th Transportation Company.  Monitoring the movement of multiple convoy missions.  Ensured all communication equipment was operational, troubleshooting defective items, and dead-lining any unrecoverable equipment; as well as properly completing all the necessary documentation. Trained all company personnel on proper use of all communication equipment, evaluated their performance and combat readiness.
• Transportation Specialist (06/2002-06/2007): Safely transported Class 1-9 materials as well as escorting  military units in and out of theater.  Our company moved supplies and personnel throughout Kuwaiti and Iraqi countries.  Required to maintain my PLS (Palatalize Loading System) tractor trailer, performing basic maintenance and upkeep. Assumed leadership on evaluating convoy readiness for missions; checking vehicle maintenance sheets, personnel/vehicle equipment checks, and food/water supplies.
• Combat Lifesaver (06/2002-06/2007): Provide emergency medical care to wounded soldiers.  With  the extremely high temperatures IV re-hydration therapy was very common.  Wound care, pressure dressings, and stabilization of back injuries was also frequently encountered.  In a high pressure environment I had to maintain composure providing care, comfort, and reassurance to injured comrades.
