  • Combined cross-functional relationships with SME knowledge of systems to achieve business objectives by connecting people, data and systems. Contributed toward significant workforce development initiatives including: Standardized New Hire Orientation, Email for Everyone, Wage Equity and COVID Leave Management Process.
  • Selected as DEI Advisor to VP of Labor Relations. Early DEI content creator and voice within the Manufacturing Labor Relations Organization. Increased engagement and discussion of DEI topics by creating multiple communication platforms and encouraging storytelling.
  • Partnered with GBS to support US plants’ daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives to resolve and improve data quality and ensure accurate pay and benefits are delivered to 40,000 US hourly employees.
  • Cultivated strong relationships and provided support to local HRLR teams as it relates to Contract Administration, HRLR Fundamentals, Workday Education, and Shared Service Center collaboration.
  • Co-Led 2019 National UAW-GM Bargaining Sub-Committee for Contractual Matters. Key contributor for Economics, Workforce Composition and Wage Progression Structures. Developed strong management initiatives focused on reduction of cost and complexity. Collectively resolved over 200 UAW demands to ultimately achieve contract ratification.
  • Maintained open, honest relationship with International UAW counterparts to problem-solve issues regarding wages, classifications and paid benefits.

Timekeeping Operations Manager

  • Successfully led the global implementation of KRONOS timekeeping system for US Hourly, Argentina and Brazil.
  • Capitalized on my manufacturing operations experience to serve as a true business partner between Manufacturing, Warehousing and IT teams.
  • Developed training plans to support US operations facilities to train up to 150 salaried employees in Kronos each week. Collaborated with IT Partners to design a "sandbox" and parallel practice phase for users, enabling them to experience the new timekeeping system prior to go-live.
  • Created a diverse team of 14 team members who supported operations for two legacy timekeeping systems, as well as developed, trained and executed new business processes and knowledge pathways for locations migrating to Kronos.
  • Payroll lead in 2015 US National UAW-GM Contract Negotiations.
