I was employed as a paraprofessional for a work readiness program in which I assisted the instructor with daily tasks, worked one-on-one with students with a range of disabilities, and evaluated the skills of students.
Duties during my internship included setting up and cleaning the field before and after games, assisting players of varying ages and disabilities on the field or in the concession stand, and facilitating enjoyable experiences for players while ensuring workers gained job experience and completed tasks efficiently.

Edinboro chapter of NSSLHA (National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association) is a university club with the mission of getting students involved in activism and education regarding speech and hearing. I have participated in club activities and fundraisers in each semester of undergraduate study.
