Assistant Facebook and Instagram Media Buyer:
- Conducted over 2500 one on one Facebook Ad Consulting calls with clients (Over 1250 hours)
- Discuss the creatives that our team made for the client
- Discuss the clients business and the best strategy to use with Facebook ads for their specific business.
- Set up and launch the Entire Facebook ad campaign from start to finish.
- Going over everything with the client such as audience, budget, placements, and everything else involved.

- Responded to comments in the voice of my CEO
- Send all support requests to our support team
- Answered any questions about our products and linked the person with our appointment setting team.
- Monitored our Facebook Group
- Answer all of our clients questions that they post in our multiple Facebook groups.

Monitoring and Managing our Reviews:
- Managed and Responded to all of the reviews that we received on Google and Trustpilot. Pushed any negative reviews to our customer support team.
- Took our Trustpilot score from a 3.6 to a 4.5 by incorporating a review funnel into my client calls.
September 18th - February 6th: Facebook & Instagram Senior Media Buyer:
- Create, launch, and manager campaigns for all of our agencies offers.
- Monitored a consistent target Cost Per Acquisition / Cost per Lead (depending on the offer)
- Measured and reported on all of our KPIs (using a Conversion API software called Hyros).
- Responsible for being the front- line defense with any issues regarding our ad account, business manager, or anything else Facebook and Instagram related
- Spent an average of $148,498.03 per month in Facebook Ad Spend which resulted $980,796.20 in revenue.
Project Management: Aided my head of operations in task management.
- Using the applications Monday and Slack, I ensured that tasks were being completed by the deadline set for our entire marketing suite.
- Made sure to provide any needed assets if needed for whatever task.
- Followed up with every task daily to provide any needed support.
- Conducted our Branding meeting: I was responsible for ensuring that all of the tasks were done in a timely manner regarding the personal branding of my CEO. As well as completing some of these tasks on my own.
These tasks include:
- Reaching out to people for different collaborative opportunities with my CEO whether it was being on his podcast (or him being on someone else's), his YouTube channel, charities, and speaking engagements.
- Booked my CEO for multiple podcasts with celebrities and large entrepreneurs.
