  • 11/2016 - 05/2022: Service Procurement. Duties included verifying the quantity and description of parts coming from the shop to ship to different suppliers, mostly in the Wichita area, and some nationally. Responsible for the handling and packaging of various types of aircraft parts. Verifying correct materials and quantites prior to delivery and upon receiving. Operated an overhead crane to load and unload skins and/or panels into crates or onto A-frames shipping to and from suppliers. Operated sit-down and walk-behind forklifts, along with electric tugs, to move various types of equipment, A-frames, and rolling stock throughout the shop. Operated an automatic material tag engraver to make material tags. Used SAP and MES computer systems to confirm operations, maintain records, and update material documents/certifications. I was the team lead from February 2019 to May 2022. Responsibilities included delegating tasks to team members and ordering shop supplies using SAP, along with usual procurement tasks.
  • 05/2022 - 06/2025: PCA clerk. Duties included supplying 777/767 shops with parts from Spirit's warehouse and a contracted company (SDC) that supplies a part of Spirit's incoming and outgoing parts. Verified correct part mark and quantities for all parts delivered to the shop. I communicated with SDC about part issues, whether it was a quantity issue, or if missing or wrong parts were delivered (any part issues). Used SAP and MES systems to maintain a record of inventory and parts statuses. Issued various units and splices to correct line units for building. Communicated with the crane crew and transportation on incoming and outgoing materials.

  • Responsibilities included operating a sit-down forklift throughout the warehouse to build palletized orders of various materials, shipping to customers locally and internationally.
