I am a very goal and client satisfaction oriented when it comes to how I run a kitchen. I am great at organization and maintaining food cost within a budget. I thrive in a face paced environment and can quickly switch from one task to another to cover what needs to get done. I lead by example and coach my staff my working beside them to show them how it needs to be done.
I cook on a regular basis and try out new recipes with my family and work staff. I enjoy reading, but spend most of my time in school, working, or spending time with family.
