• Construction experience- Restoration and cleaning, I currently oversee projects in commercial and residential restoration. I lead a team to a common goal of saving building structures, and major components such as HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical utilities. I also ensure these major components are cleaned and in proper condition for the business or home owner.
• Construction experience- Basic construction, In my line of work I commonly oversee aspects of construction such as replacing damaged framing or subfloors, installing drywall and insulation, and repairing various HVAC components.

Eagle Scout Atmospheric readings- I am trained and certified by the IICRC to understand and read various aspects of atmospheric readings such as air changes per hour, Humidity, and Air pressure. Furthermore, I have been trained on how to adjust these readings in an environment and the cause and effect they can have.
