As a dining assistant, my job would be to give residents their food and drinks. I would first prepare the drinks and meals and would then deliver them to the dining tables. For the residents that couldn't come to the dining room, I would deliver room trays to their private rooms. After the residents were finished eating, I would pick up the dishes, sanitize tables and take care of any linens the residents used in the dining room. I would then pick up the room trays. For all residents, I had to write down how much they ate by percentage, and then how much they drank in mL. Once all tables were cleared and cleaned, I would do the dishes and then would put them all away. When I worked morning shifts, I took residents' orders for breakfast, lunch, and dinner., in addition to the normal duties.
