When employed under Valkenberg equipment, I worked with custom parts to assemble brush cutter heads for tractor attachments. The fabrication portion of this assembly process included having parts to be cut, welded, repaired, and finalized for transition to the next segment of production. While working there I utilized milling machine, stationary saw, iron worker, and other hand tools such as angle grinders, and plasma cutters to assemble the product. Within one work day, I would complete 1 complete head to meet quota.
