-Manage a pipeline of various candidates and guide them through job interview processes.
-Maintain relationships even after a candidate has accepted a job to ensure they are content.
-Sell various life insurance and annuity products to buyers.
-Manage a pipeline of buyers and match to them to the product that fits them best
-Cold call through lists of leads.
-Stay in contact with buyers in case their needs change.
-Meet monthly budgets to support training staff and overall club revenue.
