Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic components and assemblies.

Utilize micrometers, calipers, oscilloscopes, and

other inspection tools to verify dimensions and functionality.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and specifications (e.g., MIL-STD, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001).

Document and report non-conformances (NCRs)

and work with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) in

accordance with AS9102.

Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)

handling procedures are followed.

• Conduct functional and environmental testing to

validate product performance under military conditions.

Maintain inspection records, test data, and

quality reports for traceability.

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective

actions (CAPA) to improve quality processes.

• Support internal and external audits (AS9100D,

ISO 9001, and customer audits)

Skills:

Experience in military, aerospace, or defense

electronics manufacturing.

• Certifications IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of

Electronic Assemblies) and J-STD-001 (Soldering

Standards) , IPC WHMA 620, IPC J-STD-001S, IPC FOD PREVENTION.

Knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001, and MIL-SPEC

requirements.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

and blueprints.

Proficiency in using measurement and

test equipment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-

solving skills.

• Experience with quality inspection software (e.g.,

CMM, ERP, or MES systems) is a plus.

• Ability to create and execute HSM 236, SCAR, APQP, RMA, RN, DQR, GD&T.
