Over six years of trade experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting both Distribution and Transmission Circuits. Performed all tasks expected of a Journeyman Lineman including:

• Building overhead and underground lines using job prints and maps to safely and efficiently complete tasks while maintaining company construction standards.
• Working on energized lines using rubber glove and hot stick work methods.
• Train Apprentices and Utility workers to safely perform tasks in accordance with company procedures and work standards.
• Respond to emergencies at all hours to restore power to customers in inclement weather conditions. Traveled to support other areas with restoration during storms and fires.
• Installed, operated and performed maintenance on all types of distribution line equipment including Transformers, Regulators, Capacitors, Switches, Boosters, Interrupters and more.
• Coordinate with the control center to perform switching on underground and overhead circuits.
• Operate Digger Derrick, Bucket trucks, Track machines and other heavy equipment.
• Climb poles and structures to perform both energized and de energized work.
• Successfully Completed stringent PG&E apprenticeship program

Part Time Outage worker supporting multiple refueling outages at Diablo Canyon Power Plant.

• Worked off Job Orders to complete tasks inside hazardous and stressful environments
• Designed, measured and built stainless steel and calcium insulation for sensitive radioactive equipment inside the containment dome
• Monitored and managed personal radiation levels to ensure the safety of myself and my crew
