I have been very blessed to be apart of the North Carolina poultry industry, more specifically the breed industry, for 20 plus years. As a former Wilkes Area Poultry Association president and two time Flock supervisor of the year I feel I bring a wealth of knowledge to the poultry industry. I pride myself as having an outgoing personality which I feel is imperative in maintaining a positive work environment. I also have good problems solving and a strong work ethic. I feel that I would be a good fit to your company, and would maintain and improve working relationships between growers and the company.
I was responsible for a route of breeder hens and pullets. I worked to maintain a good relationship between the company and growers. I was also responsible for monitoring bird performance and health. I also performed various daily task such as servicing farms and keeping various records on a computer.
I serviced a split route of pullets and hens. Working as a liaison between company and growers. Some of my daily responsibilities were monitoring and recording daily production numbers, maintain feed inventories, work hand in hand with the growers to improve flock performance.
I was responsible for a route of breeders and I had limited pulley experience. I worked as a liaison between contract growers and the company. Examples of daily duties were maintaining feed inventories, monitoring bird health and performance, working with growers and the company to correct problems and improve performance.
