The last few years, I have worked with The Point Casino. I have been given the chance to work with real chefs from different backgrounds, with each of them bending me to be almost a jack of all trades, from huge venues on the rez to food truck events, to basic cleaning and organizing, even renovating a new kitchen and dining establishment. This isn't all my life involves, of course not, but it's helped define my work ethic and drive to give it all i got.
