Dynamic Field Artillery leader with strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to train and lead teams in high-pressure environments, ensuring mission success and operational excellence.
My peers would describe me as a hard worker, great leader, fast learner, and devoted.
I went 4 years without being late or missing a single day.
I was in a fast moving job as well as many side billets that i would have to learn and perform fast and correctly.
-As the assistant chief, my roles and responsibilities were vital, impeccable, life saving, and earned every step of the way. During field operations I was responsible for not only the safe efficient fire of the weapon system but the safety and enforcing of standards and proper training of up to 20 marines at one time in stressful, intense, and life threatening situations.
-As a squad leader, I was responsible for the live fire of my own rifle or weapon system and the safety and proper training of marines that fell below my command, while all on my own with few instructions and relying fully on my critical thinking and problem solving skills.
-During non firing/field operations as a garrison marine I was responsible for the well being, knowledge, and physical training of my marines. I took care of all admin work supply and preventive maintenance of the weapon system and all gear used for training. My name was signed to a 7.5 million dollar weapon system and 2.5 million dollars worth of gear that I took all charge and responsibility for.
- I was responsible for learning and getting proficient at my job with new skills at an accelerated rate.
-I was in charge of the demolition and rebuilding of concrete piping and pumps.
-Working hard and doing a job to the best of your abilities was the most valued set of skills while on the job.
