Working in a team setting each day in various positions of carpet processing. Successful operation of line equipment, quality inspections, and assembly processes completed on Honda, Mazda, and Toyota lines. Responsible for meeting or exceeding cycle times, good quality, and meeting or exceeding required daily production numbers. Equipment TPM checks and daily adherence to safety protocols.
Lead Operator responsible for automotive metal stamping production line. Primary duties included: blanking press operation, troubleshooting, loading and unloading coil trucks, and coil straightener operation. Secondary duties including: Inventory monitoring and tagging, forklift operation, overhead crane operation, blanking die set up, training and directing other colleagues on my team as area leader.
