Panorama Strategy is a social impact consultancy. Responsibilities included leading internal and external partners on strategy development, stakeholder alignment building, facilitation, landscape analyses, data gathering, and data analysis. Notable projects and responsibilities included:

  • Leading a team that hosted, facilitated, and designed a 70-person, 4-day workshop for the second-largest global foundation focused on strengthening the impact of clinical trials.
  • Leading a team that designed and launched a global interfaith coalition focused on leveraging the relationship between faith and media leaders to strengthen civil society
  • Co-developing a strategy and governance structure for two global coordinating bodies for procurement and supply chain efforts in low- and middle-income countries. Participating stakeholders included major donor governments, UN agencies, multi-laterals, and global foundations.
  • Designing and conducting a landscape mapping and analysis of early-stage social entrepreneurship in the U.S for a major global foundation.
  • Designing and leading a process mapping and process improvement project for a global, multi-stakeholder, scientific review process.
  • Managing people, advising, and coaching internal consulting staff, project teams, and external contractors.
