• Conduct internal and external theft investigations, leading to consistent apprehensions and successful case resolutions

• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to identify suspicious activity and mitigate loss risks

• Partner with store leadership to implement shrink reduction strategies and improve operational controls

• Train and coach team members on theft awareness, safety protocols, and loss prevention best practices

• Prepare detailed incident reports and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary

• Support store operations by ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards

• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors (HVAC, electrical, cleaning, etc.) and ensure quality service delivery

• Monitor and control facility-related expenses and budgets

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions

• Maintain consistent execution of food safety standards, including proper handling, storage, rotation (FIFO), and temperature control
• Stock, replenish, and merchandise food and beverage products to ensure full, fresh, and visually appealing displays
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering to minimize out-of-stocks and reduce waste
