- I started with zero experience welding or operating a welding robot; within a year I was able to hand weld and operate the welding robot with minimal deficiencies by watching YouTube videos and practicing on scrap metal
- I wrote programs and troubleshot the welding robot
- I rewrote programs others had made and was able to make them run more efficiently, cutting 15-20 seconds off some programs that ran 1-2 minutes per part by removing unnecessary moves and part positioning.

- Conducted routine rounds to monitor equipment and performed preventative maintenance
- Completed tests on water at various points in the treatment cycle, recorded the data, and adjusted plant operation based on the data collected
- Obtained the highest Wastewater Operator certification (Class IV) within my first four years
- Worked all three shifts (8a-5p, 12a-12p, 12p-12a) with 12a-12p being the shift I worked the most, along with overtime
- For eight hours on the 12-12 shifts, I worked by myself for eight hours andhours on holidays with no incidents or accidents while maintaining plant operations during heavy rains.
