· Straight Shaft Pier inspection, 500 piers drilled at approximately 8-foot penetration after bedrock was encountered.

AHS Rayzor Ranch Apartments

· Moisture conditioning assumed to be 14 feet, totaling approximately 76,000 SF. Fill placement duration was forty-five days with monitoring performed on an average of 10 hours per day.

· Compaction testing in the building pad area

· Lime pulverization, depth checks and compaction testing in paving areas

· Compaction testing for utilities

· Straight Shaft Pier inspection, 380 piers drilled at approximately 10-foot penetration after bedrock was encountered.

· Concrete Pour testing consisted of testing buildings and park garage, Slab on Grade: 6 pours; Elevated Decks, Columns, and Walls: 42 pours; Miscellaneous pours: 12 pours; footings: 25 pours; Retaining Walls: 10 pours; Paving, 10 pours.
