I'm a Graduate of Texas State Technical College (TSTC) with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Process Operations Technology. I attended classes for 2 years, where I had hands-on experience with the distillation process, skid unit, and a Delta V control system. I now have have several years of experience in plant environments, operating and monitoring process control variables. I enjoy challenging myself and learning new things. I am currently looking to expand my experience and find a new opportunity to move up and grow within a company.

  • Operate waste plant by maintaining pH, monitoring waste specific gravity, temperatures, waste levels and monitoring injection pump pressure.
  • Manage waste surges during rainstorms and plant shutdowns.
  • Record data in logbook and computer, log ice house storage temps every shift.
  • Follow standard operating procedures during all phases of production including start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting.
  • Follow procedures and recipes, entering setpoints into DeltaV.
  • Monitor reactor, tank, and separator temps and levels.
  • Adjust process variables, such as level, temperature, pressure, and flow controllers to improve production efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper function.
