Jacob Kingan

I worked as a camp counselor at Sunrise Day Camp, where I learned to plan and implement activities for children who have or have had cancer as well as their siblings. I fostered a supportive environment, ensured safety and positive engagement while collaborating effectively with team members to provide activities to the campers. I have a genuine passion for working with children and dedicated to fostering a fun and safe environment. I was able to quickly learn and implement camp guidelines and activities. I am energetic and compassionate, and have a natural ability to connect with and inspire children. I possess skills needed to organize engaging activities and managing groups of campers. I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive experience that fosters growth and enjoyment for all children.
