Under my leadership, our team achieved an unprecedented milestone by processing 235,073 units in a single pick-up ( two five hour shifts), pushing the day's total beyond 460K and setting a new benchmark for the building. This success was driven by strategic improvements, informed by my in-depth MHE knowledge and his collaboration with teams across the mezzanine area. My efforts resulted in a 4K improvement in mezzanine flow and a 53%
reduction in FPY defects. Additionally, my close collaboration with the Outbound (OB) and staging teams ensured that rolled volume (not loaded orders) consistently remained below the ambitious 1% goal, underscoring my dedication to both efficiency and quality control
