As a 6th step apprentice lineman on the joint-use agreement, currently working on a transfer crew, my responsibilities include the building of new strand and fiber, as well as the transfer of fiber and cable from the old poles to the new poles, as well as proper removal of old poles. Other tasks throughout the day to day include:
