Support cross-functional teams with timely communication regarding changes or potential concerns relative to cultivation operations.
Achieve successful propagation through expert cloning techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized grow facility, reducing the risk of contamination or pest-related issues.
Assist with maintenance and installation of irrigation equipment.
Contribute to the company's overall growth by consistently meeting or exceeding cultivation production goals, delivering high-quality plants for processing and sale.
