- Provide accurate readings of water, gas, and electrical meters

- Collect data manually and electronically to input into the workflow

- Update excel worksheets to map meters

- Update customer accounts in the system for most recent meter readings

- Exchange old meters to newer technological ones

- Troubleshooting

- Speak to guests in regards to questions with billing cycle

- Work in cooperation with multiple departments to provide customer support and accurate billing cycles

- Count cash drawers and complete end of day operation report

- Conduct proper shift rotations

- Create day to day schedule for assigned shift

- Assist guests and employees with questions and tasks

- Delegate tasks used to keep business moving daily

- Create end of shift reports to franchise operator on successes and opportunities from the shift including employee contributions and sales goals
