My job was to gather the materials and package lumber for delivery for the next days orders. Other duties i have are to be a non CDL backup driver in case of a driver shortage or we are swamped on orders. Over the last couple weeks i have been training in our dispatch and operations department as another form of backup as well as front counter sales in the attempt to a make a well rounded and universal employee.

In this position i had the duty of gathering specific products that were told to me through an automated headset and package them appropriately for delivery while also operating heavy machinery to load box trucks. While working there i had the opportunity to work in both the small order processing and stocking department for the whole warehouse.
