I started in maintenance just to see if liked it. No experience in industrial maintenance at all and the only knowledge I did have was working on trucks and atv's. After a few short months of trying to learn everything at once I realized I liked the work and the money. I just want to further my career and learn as much as I can. That was when I was 19. Now Im in my mid 20's, married, 2 kids, and looking for a solid, well rounded job.
