Responsible for keeping all UPS Tractor-Trailer Drivers in the Roanoke and Stanton Virginia area compliant with all safety regulations and up to date with any associated paperwork. Lead safety meetings to keep track of safety infractions,injuries, close-calls, and vehicular accidents and the frequency at which they happened. Collected information from meetings and reported infractions to help better corrective action plans and initial safety training. Regularly conducted safety activities with recognition for employees who were the most knowledgeable on safe work methods to help hold the thought of safety amongst drivers.

Oversee a team of 10 to 15 employees responsible for sorting packages coming from the unload section of the building bound for the outgoing sections of the building. Team was responsible for handling and sorting 30,000 packages a night on average.
