- Turn and reposition bedridden patients on a regular schedule to prevent bedsores.
- Serve meals to patients in their rooms and assist with feeding when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems for review by medical staff.
- Answer signal lights, bells or intercom systems to determine resident needs.
- Assist patients with shaving, bathing and oral hygiene to promote healthy habits and overall wellness.
- Use mobility devices to transport patients.
