Directs 2 business locations totaling $1.6M revenue and $360K Profit. Manage annual financial budget, cost center management elements, profit-loss accounting, and employee payroll. Oversees marketing and sales functions utilizing software management. Directs employee training program as sole certified training manager for 17 locations, 34 work center managers, and 476 employees. Responsible for day to day operations, project delegation, staff coordination and scheduling, for 35 direct employees. Managed quality control systems to ensure proper quality of welding and product manufacturing. Skilled with horizontal, vertical, and overhead welds. Maintained necessary leval of communication between shifts to ensure production lines and quotas. Operated hoists, cranes, power tools, and equipment to assemble products.
