Operate and maintain state of the art Lodge building and bar while giving impromptu fittings, performing club repair, ordering and delivery of food, club valet, and hosting small gatherings.
Foster love for the game in younger players by instructing 6-8 hours per week (Junior Golf Program) in addition to being a PGA Junior League Coach during the summer.
Collaborate with Head Golf Professional on daily operations, tournaments, merchandise buying, and staff scheduling.
Created a new indoor golf league comprising of over 50 players from December through March.
Lead 15-20 golf staff which includes hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring performance.
Maintain relationships with merchandising agents along with staying up to date on product knowledge and technology.
Oversee $20,000 worth of fitting components and ensure all equipment is organized and up to date.
Manage service and repair of 78 electric golf car fleet.
