Provided weld support to mines repairing various types of equipment such as Caterpillar (793 haul trucks,D10,D11 dozers,12m,17m motor grader, 994 wheel loaders).Komatsu(730E,830E haul trucks D475 dozer)Hitachi(EX3500,EX3600 shovels. my responsibilities were to perform preventative maintenance such as (frame,dump bed,buckets,under carriage. etc) inspections and back log repairs repairs were air arced out,pre,post heated welded with 1/16 shielded mig wire. Also took pit calls to repair damaged equipment did the job in a safe timely manner to get the customer up and running again to continue production

Performed preventative maintenance,replaced components on P&h (4100&2800 shovels) replaced components such as(swing,propel,crowd motors and transmissions)as well as welding repairs on dippers and sticks and changing hoist ropes also worked on epiroc 271 pit viper drill doing preventive maintenance and repairs such as changing hoses,bean pumps,cables,etc was also on a rotating shift being a pit mechanic/welder

performed preventative maintenance and repairs on caterpillar equipment (793 haul trucks,789 haul trucks,D10,D11 Dozers,994 wheel loaders)relined haul truck beds,crack repair,section and window out frames,perform repairs that required Ultrasonic testing,moldboard repairs and undercarriage fabricate and repair broken parts
