Jacob Staggs

In my time as shift leader at Culvers in Edwardsville, I have maintained a safe, confident, and fun work environment. My goal is to help lead my crew members to closing a shift through a hard work ethic, involving focus, and also working in a timely manner to ensure orders go out at a fast rate, but also getting their closing tasks done in order for them to go home. I also like to reward them for working hard, coming in to help, or just simply maintaining a positive work ethic. I also deal with problems on a day to day basis, whether that is between coworkers, a customer, or an outside interference. Often times, I also deal with money, whether that would be with a customer, the change drawers, or the safe at night.
