Second to head brewer , I made hundreds of gallons of beer a day all different types, learned how to brew ferment Worked at the brewery for 1 years. As a brewer I ran all sorts of heavy duty brewing equipment and ran a pump system to transfer the beer around where ever it needed to go. Also used heavy chemicals to clean all of the equipment while adhering to safety protocol.
