Developed high standards and an ability to work under pressure. Within a year of working I've been moved to a lead position and worked my way through the entire line. I possess foundational knowledge and I'm eager to learn. My biggest passions in the kitchen are sauteing and desserts and I wholeheartedly believe that it is a privilege to be able to cook for others.
