While working with Rivian, I have been able to learn how to adapt to different conditions or challenges that are thrown at me on the line. Working as a team member has improve my critical thinking, problem solving, and my view of judgement and considerations of others ideas. Whenever given the chance I push to learn more stations so I can get a deeper understanding of the vehicles im working on. While working on Trim 3 I have gotten to float many times, when floating I would check others work, do repairs on final line, tag items on the red table, and do quality checks at the end of the line. I would make sure everything was 100% before getting sent over to final to prevent defects begin charged to the line, and whenever we had more than enough people on the line to cover, I would ask to go volunteered for other lines that were either understaffed or having problems.
