Captain of volleyball team

Being volleyball team captain means being a leader and using people skills to be able to communicate effectively and to make pivotal decisions to work hard to win. It also helps to build connections and relationship's to be able to mesh together well and work together effectively. Although it was in high school it has allowed me to use this in my adulthood to be able to push my peers that I work with to achieve greater than the circumstances and has allowed me to use different approaches to be able to know how to approach different hardships.
