• Led and managed a team of 15-25 volunteers assisting people with disabilities ranging from autism to stroke survivors in adaptive surfing.
• Coordinated safety and comfort particulars of surfer with other team leaders and volunteers to provide the best experience for the athlete.

• Took vitals for patients, screening for major heath risks and contraindications for balance screen
• Administered balance screen using functional testing to screen for fall risk

• Incorporated exercises that challenge their vestibular system into their workout routine during the season
• Assessed vestibular function and balance post-season to see the impact vestibular training had over the course of a season
