  • Work with of both current and legacy UC Berkeley systems (Service Now, UCPath, OTPRS, HCM) in order to process transactions impacting pay
  • Adjust time cards in Kronos (CalTime) as needed
  • Provide high levels of customer service to maintain good relationships
