  • AEP to Oracle Transformation, Arrow Electronics, Inc, 06/01/24, 04/01/25, The objective of this project was to have a seamless operational transition from AEP (Grapevine, TX) into Oracle (Reno, NV). Quickly self-taught required systems and coordinated meetings with key members to meet critical and personal deadlines. This project significantly strengthened my communication skills, as I worked closely with the Project manager but also Inside Sales, customers, BCO, Bartender team and General Managers of AEP. Additionally, I provided coaching to AEP members with Arrow process but also translates AEP procedures into Arrow Electronics standard form. Ensured freight of AEP equipment efficiently moved into Arrow Facility.
