• Expert ultrasound guided peripheral IV placement.

• Provide pre/post procedure care at a 2:1 ratio in a 16 bed pre/post procedural cardiac unit.
• Experience includes: right and left heart catheterizations, aortograms, electrophysiology studies, ablations, pacemaker/AICD, and loop recorder implantation.
• Recovering patients receiving moderate sedation and general anesthesia.
• Administering moderate sedation
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Excellent arterial and venous sheath pulls.
• Unit volume is 30-45 cases per day. Personally, providing care for 6-8 patients per shift.
• Proficient with EPIC electronic medical record system.

• Delivered nursing care on a fast-paced, 40 bed telemetry unit, with a 4-5:1 ratio.
• Cared for cardiovascular/cardiothoracic patients post intervention, including CABG, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, pacemaker/AICD placement, biopsies, cardioversions, EP studies, TEE, thoracotomies, and video assisted thoracoscopic surgeries with chest tube management.
• Ventricular assist device competent.

• First registered nurse position, post-graduation, at a level 2 trauma center, caring for hemodynamically unstable patients with mechanical ventilation at a 2:1 ratio in a 16 bed ICU.
• Titration of sedation, vasoactive, and vesicant drips.
• Patient acuity included, but not limited to: traumas, sepsis, DKA, and Covid-19 illness.

• Assisted registered nurses with various aspects of patient care, while attending nursing school.
